Refund & Dispute Policy

We want every TikTok creator to leave happy. Here's exactly when you get a refill, a partial credit, or your money back.

1. Refill guarantee (the default)

Every order is covered by a 30-day automatic refill. If your delivered count drops within 30 days of completion, we top it back up at no charge — no need to even contact us. This is the fastest, easiest path for almost all issues.

2. Full refund — eligible cases

  • Your order did not start within 48 hours of payment and we cannot deliver it.
  • You ordered the wrong service and have not yet had any delivery (request within 1 hour).
  • The TikTok account or video became unavailable before any delivery started.

3. Partial refund / wallet credit

  • Partially delivered orders that cannot be completed are refunded for the missing portion as wallet credit.

4. Non-refundable cases

  • Orders that were delivered as described, even if you change your mind afterwards.
  • Drops caused by setting the TikTok account to private, deleting the video, or violating TikTok's own policies after delivery — in those cases the refill guarantee also does not apply.
  • Wallet top-ups that have already been spent on completed orders.

5. How to request

Email support@adsassistants.com from the address on your account with your order ID. We respond within 24 hours and resolve most cases the same day.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Opening a chargeback before talking to support will suspend your account while we investigate.
