This page is maintained by Ads Assistant to explain what data we collect and how we use it. Privacy is built in — we never ask for your TikTok password.

1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, optional display name, and your TikTok handle if you choose to save it.
- Order data: the TikTok link or handle you submit, the service and quantity you ordered, and the delivery status.
- Wallet data: balance, deposits and spend history.
- Technical data: basic device and browser info used to keep the service secure.
2. What we do NOT collect
- Your TikTok password — we never ask for it and never store it.
- Your DMs, private videos or anything from inside your TikTok account.
- Card numbers — payments are routed through regulated payment processors.
3. Why we use your data
To deliver campaigns you order, keep your wallet balance accurate, prevent fraud, and contact you about your account.
4. Who we share data with
Only with the infrastructure providers we need to run the service (hosting, authentication, payment processing) under strict contractual confidentiality.
5. Retention
Account and order data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@adsassistants.com.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email privacy@adsassistants.com and we'll action your request within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
